Your 3D/4D image will be chosen during your ultrasound session by you and/or your technician. It will then take approximately 5 business days to receive your 8K enhanced image. You will receive your image via the email provided when you scheduled your appointment. If you wish to use an alternate email address, please provide it at your appointment.

All 8K images are generated using advanced AI technology and are intended solely for entertainment purposes. Due to the custom nature of these creations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We can also accept an already existing 3D/4D image you might have (as long as it meets the necessary requirements).

Necessary Image Requirements for 8K enhancement:

* Image of baby must be front-facing (side-profile images are not able to be rendered).

* Baby must not have a hand, foot, etc. obstructing the face.

* Quality of the 3D/4D image will also determine eligibility of enhancing with 8K. Amniotic fluid level, mom's body-type and baby's positioning are all factors when it comes to getting a clear 3D/4D image that can be render with 8K enhancement. We recommend all clients hydrate well before their ultrasound by drinking at least 60-80 ounces of water the days leading up to their appointment, as well as avoiding caffeine.
